#87 Problem with encoding czech

Hi,
thanks for great script. But I tried localication this script to for czech. I have problem, with encoding. I need to use the Czech characters in utf-8.
I changed the files and plugins for email subject in general.inc.php.
When i upload the file encoding is bad. This problem is too in email, which sending infomation about upload files.

hmm have you configured the language correctly?
Is the web server sending the correct encoding (utf-8)?

Also have you saved the files as utf-8?
Is the database charset utf-8?
email are are a bit more complicated, but OpenUpload works with chinese so, I guess it should work with czech too.
