Manage all your TV series, find new series and episodes and easily download them with the help of trinityDB.
Downloads all series information from thetvdb.com (www.thetvdb.com) and allows you to rename all the episodes on your harddisk.
Tracks all the files that you have downloaded but not yet archived and renamed with the Series Plugin.
Provides filtered RSS feeds which only contain the episodes which you have not yet downloaded (Incoming) or archived (Series).
Shows a table of the days when episodes of the series in your DB will run.
Filters the RSS feeds but this time displays all entries of series you have NOT saved in the Series Plugin. You then can display more information about a series from thetvdb.com.
trinityDB is a web application. So you'll need a webserver with activated PHP greater or equal to version 5.2 as well as a MySQL server for data storage.
Currently you also need Linux to run most of the functions.
But it shouldn't be a problem to port the app to run on Win in a future release.
To get everything you need on Debian/Ubuntu:
aptitude install mysql-server-5.1 phpmyadmin
That's great! Please check out the sources from the SVN: https://opentrinitydb.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/opentrinitydb/
When you are ready, please write in the forum and I will create a SVN account for you.
There is still some translating to do...
