[Opentracker-develop]Time for an OpenTracker Release?

The last release was in 2003, and I think there are enough new features to make it worthwhile to do another one.  Any opinions?

If needed, I can compile the R5 and PPC versions, but not BONE (though I could dust of my Zeta RC3 and figure out how to use it).  Guess I should try the PPC first on my own, in case it no longer compiles.
