Contacts and Accounts lists has fixed width columns. As result some space remain unused for wide or high resolution displays.

    Thanks Oleg, I committed most of this in rev. 3929
    I didn't include the following as I wasn't sure what you were trying to acheive:

    + <field name="Remove" title="" use-when="hasAccountsRemoveAbility!=true">
    + <display description=""/>
    This didn't appear to have affect on the display of the form and only resulted in an empty column?

    Hi Scott,

    The header row has unnecessary column without this code. As result some gap exists between end of grey rows and screenlet boundary.
