#87 [1.0.0] Problem with Tasks on hold

After changing a Task's status to "on hold", it is impossible to change its status back. The "Status" dropdown menu only contains:

Thanks for noticing that. I added some new status codes which fixed it, and also cleaned up the update -- i noticed the change and the status code were both being displayed, which was rather silly.
