Comment:

 I would like to reopen the ticket. It seems like Microsoft have updated
 their documentation in MS-ASWBXML v11.1 to conform with what was defined
 in the other documentation files. Unfortunately, you can only see the
 version tracking for the most recent version on MSDN, but if you want I
 can send you v11.1, which shows this was chnaged on the version tracking.
 In any case, it seems now that Microsoft has finally cleared up this
 point, and the 'canonical' name of this tag should be '''Mime''' and not
 '''MIME'''.
