Created a test script to yahoo.com and get the following when trying to compile after capture:

Compiling... YAHOO.HTP
scl: error (openout), Error Opening YAHOO.TOF as Output
-Invalid argument

Running on a Dell PE1950 w/MS Windows 2008 Std 64-bit.
OpenSTA v1.4.4.11
Commander v1.4.4.1 8/29/07
