[OpenSTA-users] Trying to run Bview for the first time.

I am trying to install Bview to monitor the test scripts and I am getting "OpenSTA's BView is beng Initialized". I copied the files as the readme.txt file instructs.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? If yes how is it addressed?
