ANNOUNCE(OpenSTA): Developer Release - 1.3.1 available

We are pleased to announce the first update release of the
developer (unstable) 1.3 series of OpenSTA.

This release contains many more changes and updates from the
1.2 series.  It is available both as a Microsoft Windows
Installable from:
  http://opensta.org/download.html
and as a full source package from:
  http://opensta.sourceforge.net/download.html

The changes in this release include:
* A Web Relay Daemon has been added to enable the OpenSTA
  Architecture to work over the Web. See the HTTP/S Load
  User's Guide (accessible from Commander's Help menu) under
  "The OpenSTA Architecture>The Web Relay Daemon" for more
  information.
* The Script Modeler has been modified to provide support for
  XML documents. The HTML, Structure and HTML Tree tabs are
  replaced by XML and XML Tree tabs for such documents. These
  allow fields within XML documents to be addressed in a
  similar way to fields within an HTML document.
* The Architecture Manager has been extended to display data
  about all the hosts configured to a specific Name Server.
  It also allows the Name Server on any configured host to
  be stopped and started from a context-menu, obtained by
  right-clicking a Host name in the Architecture Manager
  Host Tree display.
* A number of bugs have been fixed in the new facilities to
  Single-Step HTTP Task Groups.
* The following bugs from the SF database have been fixed in
  the 1.3.1 release:
    225791  231727  413939  420402  467856  467866
    467868  467869
