Which is correct, however the subject line is wrong :-(
This is, of course, release 1.1.3  [thanks zdnek]

I must also report that the initial MSI uploaded to opensta.org
was also a pre-release test, not the intitial version :-(

The archive file now uploaded and called
  ostaw32-x86-1103.msi
is the correct one.  MSI's of this name dated the 21 June should
be discarded and the real latest version downloaded, sorry.

again if you have already downloaded the installable.

The OpenSTA team have obviously been working too hard (or
drinking too much :-) and wish to apologize for any
inconvenience this mix-up has caused.
