#33 Random Data file access

Hello There.

I would like the ability to randomly choose values from
OpenSTA .FVR data files. This would allow us to
randomly select records from a large file for database
testing. This would be much easier to maintain and set-
up than using random non-file variables. Ideally the set-
up would be something like:

Definitions

Character*15 REFERENCE, FILE='reference',
RANDOM, LOCAL

Code

NEXT REFERENCE

The ability to seed such random access would also be
very useful.

I would ha ve imagined that this already worked. If it
doesn't then it should... we might even be able to get this
as a bug fix in 1.4
