#29 CAPTURE TOOLS: Add manual/automatic Comments during capture

Related to RFE 415410.
Optional Automatic comments added during capture:

Manual Comments:
The ability to insert a comment into the script before
each request. Suggest that the user should elect to add
the comment as required using a tool-bar icon. Suggest
that 'CAPTURE TOOLS' floating toolbar is used for this
and RFE 415410.

Additional recomendations:
The format of the comment should be specific opening
the scope for these to be used by subsequent feature
requests (e.g. if a afeature request is added for a
graphical or tabular representations of the script such
as in the Single Step feature. Structured comments
would allow for these values to be added as additional
columns in Single Step or a future more graphical
script modeller).

Automatic comments should also use pre-fix as in manual
comments.
