There's an issue with your page setup and / or your printer setup.

Please check the page setup in the Print Settings dialog. Please update Page Setup (and margins, if the GUI allows you), even if it looks all right.
Also try to call Page Setup from the File menu.

If any of these fail, please switch the Windows default printer auto selection off and choose a different printer as your default. If there are no printers, install one.

If still no luck, try to rename or move the preferences.plist file at shell:appdata\OpenSong and / or PrintSettings at shell:personal\OpenSong\Settings(if you are using a custom OpenSong documents folder, look for the file there) (copy and past the paths into Windows Explorer's address bar to navigate there). By making these configuration files unavailable to OpenSong it reverts to defaults. You will have to redo changes you made to the configuration.

Please report, what helped you, or what happend, if nothing helped.

There is code in the develpment version which prevents the program to crash on this error. Because it is cause by a printer issue or a configuration error, the problem would show in some other way, though. Either you'd get a distorted preview, or some sort of trouble trying to physically print it.
