  1. You created a new support request ticket. That is exactly what you should have done. If you instead wanted to create a new thread in one of the discussion forums, you do that the same way: navigate to the discussion forum and select "Create Topic" from the list on the left.

  2. I am not sure, what you are asking.

    • If you want to delete old sets, there is no way to delete many of them efficiently from within OpenSong. You have to select them one by one from the Sets dropdown in Set Mode and delete them using the Delete button in the Current Set group
    • a more efficient way is to just delete them using your file manager. Each set is a file named the same as the set is named within the program. The files are in the folder called Sets below the "OpenSong Documents" folder. If you delete those files while OpenSong is running, the change is not reflected in the list of sets right away. Use Settings > Refresh Sets Folder from the menu or restart OpenSong. Even better, delete the files while OpenSong is not running.
    • Since you mention CCLI (where did you find "the instructions for CCLI") are you actually talking about the Song Activity Log? From the dialog you can only clear (i.e. delete) all entries at once.

Are you talking about OpenSong at all, i.e. the desktop program for MacOS, Windows and Linux? Or is your question about the Android App OpenSongApp? These are distinct and developped by different people.
