Updated and corrected Turkish translation. This one uses proper technical musical and computer terminology lacking from previous translation. (Musicians and users in Turkey were complaining.) It would be nice if it could be pushed to current release.

I have no way of checking the translation itself, sanity checks passed (valid xml that is loaded by Opensong).
This translation will be included in the next release.
