Sorry, my earlier mail was not complete.....
So hearby the right one:
Last sunday I saw an option in Easyworship, that might be a very ussefull
addition to OpenSong.
Easyworship has the possibillity to project on a third screen as subtitle
under a recording of the service, so people at home can watch the service
and read the songs as subtitling.
I am not a programmer, so no knowledge of how difficult this would be, but
I think that would be a very nice addition to OpenSong.
Hope to hear from you guys.
It is still a very solid usefull program. We use it for almost 7 years now
and are very satisfied !!
Bless you all !!

To understand (I never used or even looked at Easyworship), what exactly is shown as caption or subtitle on the video recording? The full verse lyric or only the current line (as in karaoke)?

This is been done with a multihead video card, the desktop is extended across two of the logical monitors, with the operator display on left side of the desktop and the foldback screen is on the right hand side. The fold back screen has no background image as is back with, white print. The main projector is on the third output.
For the foldback screen I have taken the output of the main projector (normally there is a screen outlet and a number of sources) and feed it into the fold back screen. The down side not quite as nice as Easyworship, the up side is you get you use a better program :)

This is acomplished using OpenSong, right? So how do you get rid of the background image on the foldback screen? Or are you just proposing a solution? And in what way would this different from what Easyworship does?

Hello Ewout,
It is shown as the current line (like karaoke).

I didn't accomish the three screens in OpenSong but this is the way that EasyWorship does it.
