CVS commit message formats have been changed a bit at the request of
blovett@ (they match another project i'm heading, unbound). trimmer mail
messages was the request (not diffs, but ron still gets those ...).

i broke the repo for a second, too, i forgot to add a key script. whoops.
cvs init fixed it (thanks ben). all appears fine again.
