OpenSLP 1.0.0 released

It has been about 18 months since the start of the OpenSLP project and we are finally releasing the first version of a 1.0.x stable branch. Thank you for the development, patching and testing effort that have helped us get this far.

The following is a shortened list changes for 1.0.0:
- Fixes all known bugs (SourceForge bug tracker
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=1730&atid=101730 for details)
- Duplicate results in sync API calls are now removed
- Fixed several SEGVs attributed to parsing bugs
- Fix "echo to ourselves" bug when slpd is running as a DA
- Cosmetic logging changes
- ALL PLANNED FEATURES ARE SUPPORTED IN THIS RELEASE

It is highly recommended that all OpenSLP users upgrade to this release. OpenSLP 1.0.0 can be downloaded from the usual location:

http://www.openslp.org/download.html

Now that we have released of OpenSLP 1.0.0, the CVS repository will be branched to allow new development for the next major release of OpenSLP.
OpenSLP 1.0.x will continue as the stable branch allowing conservative bug
fixes only. OpenSLP 1.1.x will be the main development branch that will be
used to implement revisions and features currently under discussion on the
Service Location Protocol mailing lists (see http://srvloc.org\)
