OpenSLP 0.7.5 released

OpenSLP 0.7.5 has been released.

New in 0.7.5:
- OpenSLP ported to Win32.
- SLPFindSrvTypes() is now functional
- Numerous bug fixes

For those of you that are interested in using OpenSLP on Windows. Please read the README.W32 file that is included in the distribution for extra Win32 build and install instructions.

Be aware that the libslp minor version was updated because of the code that was added to support SLPFindSrvTypes(). The additional code should probably not cause any dynamic linking problems as the libslp interface has not changed.
