#143 OpenSLP 2.0.0 Windows 32bit not working

I have an issue with the version of OpenSLP 2.0.0 installed with the .msi installer.

When registering services with an application using the 32 bit library (including slptool) I get error -23 returned (SLP_NETWORK_ERROR).

This is not an error with the configuration of the networking of the host because 64 bit versions of the application work. I have tried multiple variations of 32/64 bit Windows 7, 32/64 bit OpenSLP installation, and 32/64 versions of the SLP library and in every case when the 32 bit DLL is used the application fails with SLP_NETWORK_ERROR.

I have a rebuilt the 32bit SLP DLL from the 2.0.0 sources using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010SP1 and this version of the SLP DLL functions correctly.

It looks likely that the 32 bit version of the .msi installer is broken in some way, is anyone else able to test/rebuild the official installer?
