#138 Win Service Not Deregistering registrations on stop

The windows service does not deregister advertised registrations on service stop. But if the slpd service is run in debug mode, it deregisters correctly when control C is issued.
From a quick investigation of the codebase it would appear that completely separate processing is used when in debug mode hence the non adherence to the RFC
