#137 Allow Internace names to be added along with the Ip address

The defect is in continution to earlier bugzilla 3441799 which has been fixed by adding a configuration property in the slp.conf file.
The fix provides a configurable parameter to user to edit the total number of interfaces on the machine. However this does not provide a reliable solution to the problem, as it requires the user to be aware of the total number of interfaces before starting the service, and if at later stage a new interface is added which exceeds the limit, user needs to re-configure the conf file to increase the interface limit.

The logic should be enhance which is used to open the interface on the available Ip addresses. For Eg: making use of a configuration parameter which would take the name of interface like eth0 and open SLP communication ports on all IP's assigned to the interface name. This will allow user to not edit the configuration file with new Ip addresses or edit the limit.

Also kindly know if any other approach can be taken to resolve the issue with better reliability and less user interaction.
