#59 $du is writable and $dd is not

Hi,

Any reason why $dd (destination domain) is not writable while $du (destination URI) is?

In analogy with $ru and $rd which both are writable.

I have now committed a patch that implements this feature - you can now set $dd and also $dp (destination port).
