Is it possible for the client to retrieve information from the OpenSIPS by dialing a short code.
Actually, i am trying to retrieve/query an information from my avp parameter in my OpenSIPS, so i just think if i can dial a short number then my client screen will display the result or i can hear the result as audio.
Any method that i can achieve such idea.

Displaying is not really possible, as you depend on the client device and there is no standard SIP way to display something on the called device (aside the number you dialled).
On the other hand you can forward the call to a media server (Freeswitch, Asterisk, Yate) to play an audio file.
