As you may (or may not have) heard, whurley and Mando are back on the project. One of the first changes that's been made is the license. openSIMS now available under the BSD license! We still ask everyone to contribute back to help out the community. However, we're also giving you the most permissive license available. That said, please help the community develop this project into something everyone can benefit from and encourage others to do the same.
