I download Sharepoint to find, besides a serious lack of documentation, numerous errors. After spending, no wasting, a lot of time having to fix errors that should not have existed in the first place, I find that there is no login. Of couse docs would help if available
Why don't the devs just close this project? It is obviously not being paid any attention. This way we would not waste our time on such projects.

Me too. I initial had an issue with the sql import, as there was none needed!. But it was up and running in less than 30 mins. I think the initial post was a troll or just spam..

Personaly, I agree on the lack of support, I'm trying also to install the OpenSharePoint and I'm having a lot of problems, but I'm also a dummie user.
There is not docs available for installation, and the ISTALL file on the zip, tell to import a .sql that does not exist :(

Hi all,
This is untrue - the docs are exceptionally sparse, but the file does exist, you just need to search the installation files for it.
They are in /include/adodb/sessions - then you must choose the .sql file appropriate for your SQL server.

Hi again,
To all those complaining about what is essentially a free application, are you for real? Sure, there are errors, but as with many Open Source projects, resources are no doubt limited. Perhaps you need to scrub up on your installation skills first & foremost.
I encountered only a single error thus far & that is that the language pull-down does not work on my installation - however, I will be checking why this is happening.
I will also put a guide together for installation sometime soon.

i find this very odd,
personally i have been able to install and setup both v3 and v4 implementations with minimal issues.
Prehaps you missed somthing in the documentation.
