[I've sent a similar message earlier today, but it never reached the list AFAICT. I'm trying a different mail provider now. Apologies if you already received the original message] Hi, Gerrits commits today suggest that FieldBundle is more than an experiment that remained in the tree (which is what I thought it was ;) ). I'd like to know what a FieldBundle is and how it differs from a FieldContainer. It would be great if an explanation included the rationale for its existence, i.e. what problem does it solve ? Thanks, Carsten PS: The answer to this mail would probably make a nice description of the class in FieldBundle.cpp. hint, hint ;) |
