I'm moving the new parameter to the end. Since pointer auto convert to 
boolean this silently converts a GraphOpSeq* to bool and does not run 
any GraphOps ;(
I.e. this:

SceneFileHandler::the()->read(fileName.c_str(), myGraphOps);

compiles, but does not do what it used to do...
