problem with out dir generations on windows:
1. The "out/lib", "out/bin" and "out/obj" folders are not created by the buildscript. This makes the build fail when the compiler/linker tries to write to one of the "out/lib", "out/bin" or "out/obj" folders. See detailed log below for more info.
check and solve the problem.
