#12 create new file without adding a sample at the previous one

Hi ,
if i run OpenSebJ and create a new file WITHOUT adding a sample at any track of the previous file,then
when i try to add a sample at the first track for example,an error occurs. I have tested
on three computers (running winXp and win7) and the same error message appears.
I have attached the error message in order to provide a clearer aspect of the problem,
so as it would be noticed/solved more easily.
