[Openscrobbler-devel] Ruby on Rails

Any thoughts on doing OpenScrobbler in Ruby on Rails (RoR)? It might  
give us new incentive to work on it, and it means we could probably  
start faster (the framework I was working on in PHP is, basically, RoR).

Downside: RoR is not as widely available, and is generally slower and  
would require at least some system software optimization (i.e.  
mod_ruby and/or FastCGI for Ruby or something); also, don't know  
about availability of things like memcache libraries for RoR.
