The new FC introduced in the ed. 2.0 are not supported.
If an SCD is loaded with any new FC, it fails and doesn't load.

We need to port all new IEC 61850-6 Edition 2.0 to LibOpenSCL, including new Logical Nodes in 7-4 Edition 2.0.

We need to review new XSD version 3.0 in order to get in sync.

We need to work on. Help wanted!
