#523 retrieval of runtime attributes fails randomly

This issue is seen on CS4325 on SLES 4 node VMs.

Retrieval of run time attribute saCkptReplicaIsActive fails randomly. The issue is seen more frequently on this build and will be reproducible when the same test is repeatedly run.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open a checkpoint
2) Try to get the saCkptReplicaIsActive attribute value.

IMM Api returns ERR_NOT_EXIST in case of failures.

Attached the logs and journals of the test. The time of test is 14:32:03 17th july.

The application is calling saCkptReplicaIsActive attr for a node SC-2 , before that form other Node SC-1 the ckpt Unlinked so this is an expected behavior and it is not reproducible in normal case ( just on closed the ckpt on Node SC-1 , not unlinked)

Tester reported still issue observed randomly , this looks like timing issue .

Reopening the ticket with following are my comment :
I haven't to observed any IMM call error while cpsv creating saCkptReplicaIsActive run-time object and the IMMA returning success, but if we access it immediately
IMM Api returns ERR_NOT_EXIST. So we need to investigate why IMM is not able to find object even after a IMM sync call returned success.
