#461 Remove chassis, slot and subslot configuration files

These files are legacy from the ATCA origin of OpenSAF. They are not needed as long as we have the node_id file where anyone can put whatever they like into. The node_id should be moved to /etc/opensaf where it would become a configuration file and not generated from the other files at opensaf start.
Simpler more understandable configuration!
