#2902 smf: numberic attribute types do not accept boolean values

The upgrade gets failed with following syslogs. It appears that giving boolean value to numeric attribute types is not accepted. Could relate to the ticket [#1398]

After some investigations it seems as if it should not be possible to use "boolean string values" making this ticket invalid and this fix will actually be NBC
