When 2PBE misconfigured on controllers. There is a check when IMMND starts. In this case IMMD restarts, but after the restart, IMMD continues to work. There is no any further check that will restart IMMD and trigger the node reboot.
When 2PBE is misconfigured, the slave node needs to be restarted.
For 2PBE, it's enough to check is 2PBE is enabled/disabled.
