#1347 IMM: OI_CALLBACK_TIMEOUT is not being considered as configured

IMMA_OI_CALLBACK_TMOUT is configured with multiple values for multiple clients. When the callback is invoked for the client, however it is observed that the timer expires only after 6 seconds.

IMMA_OI_CALLBACK_TMOUT is set to 1. (Although 1 second is not a practical use case, just to rule out the scope of closer time with default time of 6 seconds, configured with 1 second).
