	imm: fix loading long DNs from imm.xml and PBE [#974]

	The patch fix loading SaNameT attributes with long DNs before
	opensafImm=opensafImm,safApp=safImmService is created.

Testing, Expected Results:

Create an object that contains SaNameT attribute with long DN.
Enable PBE
Create dumps for imm.xml and imm.db:
immdump imm.xml
immdump -p imm.db

Test 1:
Remove /etc/opensaf/imm.db
Copy imm.xml to /etc/opensaf/imm.xml
Start OpenSAF

Test 2:
Copy imm.db to /etc/opensaf/imm.db
Start OpenSAF

Both tests must be successful.
