#28 Fudge Die Roller

This patch adds a FUDGE die roller. It only uses one type of die: dF.
Most of the time you will use [4dF], but you can roll any number of fudge
dice. Modifiers can be added normally (such as [4dF-1]). It also
supports some of the modifiers suggested in an article from the Fudge
Factor online magazine, such as [4dF.padded] and [2dF.vplus].
