The original Chris6.rdl had the TextBox outside of the List
- this is fixed in chris6_fixed.rdl. The OpenRDL List
control wasn't handling a List without groupings, but this
is fixed in 0.0.5.0 so you can now see 14 pages with 3
columns each. There are still multi-column layout issues
(especially noticeable at the top of columns from page 2
onwards) which I am looking into.
