[Openquicktime-devel] Makefiles in CVS

Which Makefiles should be in CVS ?

It seems silly to put new versions of Makefile.in, configure etc. in 
CVS every time someone runs ./bootstrap...

Is it reasonable to expect all oqt developers to have autoconf, 
automake etc. installed ? in order to build from CVS ?
