I must have misread that part of the license.  I see what you are getting at 
with the GPL license and others mis using it.  But the big question is: 
Who's going to crack the whip?  Or monitor for misuse of the material?  But 
I guess we should ask anyone to submit to the standard of GPL because of the 
license agreement.
