If people use our content, I don't think there is any problem with it being 
in whatever project as long as they mention that any OpenQuartz content; 
original or modified; is still under the GPL license.

The content is for ANYONE to use, not just the limited "only GPL 
contributers" group.  But it is required that GPL content is always GPL 
content and must be mentioned and made available by them.  (or links at 
least)
