#91 bad usability and a bad navigability

The OpenProj on the screen of the planning of Schedule has a bad usability and a bad navigability of the scroll bars of the mouse that does not work, besides necessary to filter tasks it can not expand / collapse groupings as it should, because it makes some tasks vanish macro and micro this procedure. Furthermore it takes longer to do the rescue in times reaching halt. Also has little messages of confirmation of any procedure critical
