I have a problem because i can't save as PDF my file in openproj. What i should do to have this option?

  On Mac... print and choose Save as PDF...
  
  On Windows... install CreatePDF or similar printer driver and 'print' to it.

OpenProj is not maintained anymore and there are restrictions in printing. The active project is now ProjectLibre:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/projectlibre/
