#130 Wrong time display on gantt chart

The time displayed on the gantt diagram (green vertical line) is not according with my local time (Paris GMT+1, with automatic summer adjustment). By example : time displayed on chart is 16:30 when local time on pc is 10:00. Os : windows xp sp3. email : eric.merten@citenouvelle.fr

I was able to replicate this issue. Steps: 1. Opened project. 2. Zoomed into time of the "green line".

I replicated this issue (#130) using OpenProj 1.4 on Mac

Steps: Open project and zoom in on the green line.
Version 1.4 on Windows 10 Home
