Programmer is checked - hardware test with correct values on checkpoints.
Using PIC16F-18F_LV expansion board ( Vdd 3,2v ; Vpp 3,7v; D 0,13v; CK 0,13v )

Update:
I found problem with DevID - the Vpp (3,7v) was to low should be around 8,5v.
After fixing power issues 18F14K50 is recognized en programmed.
Programmed with one verifying config fault - see log.
Good that you found the problem.
I only see a read log.
Generally config errors are due to impossible values being written: please check that the config word is compatible with your device.

I must have overwrite the log while reading it out .
Anyway i mount him in PCB and its operational will see if any bugs come out while testing.
