can I use "pic16f873" instead of 18F2550 and the other chips which you have mentioned it to make my programmer ?
cause I haven't found any one of them in my country and I've bought "pic16f873".
and if I can use it to make my porgrammer, please upload to me the hex file.

No, you need a chip with USB; 16F873 does not support it.
You can try to get a free sample from Microchip.
