Hello, I have built your programmer mainly due to serial EEPROMs (93C and 93S which has bloc protection). I have problem with 93Sxx uWire memory. 93Cxx devices working correctly. But if I use 93S66 and try read it, the result is full of nuls.
If I try to write some content in to the memory the writing proces is OK, but during verification errors occur.
When I try read the memory after programming the memory is still full of nuls.
I tried two pieces of new chips 93S66 with the same result.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I dont know what.
please can you help me
Thanks, Pavel

It appears that the protection register cannot be cleared.
Is it possible that you are using devices that have been permanently locked by writing the OTP bit?
In this case you are not allowed to write it.

Here is the bin file that I tried to write

Both chips what I tried to program were new so I hope that the OTP bit wasn't written.
I cannot do anything more without having a device in hand.
The algorithm was verified with a 93S56, which is just different in size.
