I am trying to read and write to a DS2431 1-wire device.
My programmer connects ok to the OPGUI and the connection led flashes at around 1Hz as it should.
When reading a DS2431 device I get an error saying family code unknown. With zero bytes read
I also get the same error with no DS2431 device attached. The activity LED never flashes, and putting a logic analyzer on RB0 (1-wire port) shows no activity at all.
As I only need to program a DS2431 I have not wired up any of the prgramming voltage circuits etc as these are not required. (?)
Any ideas would be much appriciated.

Thanks for your programmer.
Today i finally got it working & software running.
But when i try to read DS2431 its not showing any data. Using RB0 for data & GND for eeprom GND.
What i will be missing here.
Please do help urgent.

You should verify that the hardware is working by changing levels in the I/O tab.

Is the memory ID read correctly?
